Our History 

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated ® (AKA), an international service organization, was founded on the campus of Howard University in Washington, D.C. in 1908. It is the oldest Greek-letter organization established by African American college-educated women.

The Always Divine Alpha Delta Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. was chartered on March 15, 1926, on the campus of Morgan College. Originally led by Helen Cantrell Nash. The Alpha Delta Chapter has been trailblazing in scholarship, sisterhood, and service for 96 years.
